Woodville - The Square

The Disability-Friendly Units at The Square are equipped with JCT’s Real IP Assist Call Buttons and IP Talkback Points. Residents can send out an assist via the JCT Call Buttons or a GPS Pendant anywhere in the unit. The Concierge can then initiate a VOIP call with PC or Smartphone to talk to the Resident and assess their needs. The JCT Real IP System features a central JCT Messaging Server which can handle any IP- based in and outputs and is managed by the JCT Software. The web-based JCT Software is accessible through a PC or smartphone and manages all call procedures to monitor assist calls, the entrance door, movement, temperature and resident status. Further, the software specifies the frequency and duration of re- paging calls and determines the recipients of escalated calls and other parameter such as temperature or active time durations. All call procedures can be adjusted on a global or individual unit level.
